Attachments can be to material objects, to people, places, expectations, control, power, memories, experiences, Ego, food, habits, thoughts, things & stuff, etc!
The list is endless & will differ, & go deeper for each individual.
Bringing awareness to our personal attachments, will demonstrate just how many attachments we have, in every aspect of our lives.
Observe all the attachments you have, then, gracefully let go.
Take deep breathes.
